2) To initiate the cancellation, you cannot use Time Warner's Chat Service. It has to be done by phone. Here is the message you'll get if you try to cancel via Chat. "Service cancellations cannot be handled in Chat. To completely cancel one or more services you subscribe to, please call 800-892-4357 to speak with an agent."
