SALES COORDINATOR

Sales Coordinator wanted for apparel company to handle all daily sales department tasks for major department store account. Minimum 2-3 years experience. Will directly support the Sales Director.

This is not a job for the easily intimidated or easily overwhelmed and is a key support role. This is a fast paced environment and you must be organized, flexible, have excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to pay attention to details and personally have ownership for the job responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have to be able to move fast while working well with others and have experience with supporting major department store business. Previous experience working in a fashion wholesale environment is necessary. Candidate must be able to learn and adapt to new applications and be extremely organized. Your data entry skills must be quick, accurate and efficient. You'll be expected to learn style numbers, color names and company/office procedures.Ability to think out of the box to solve issues and come up with creative solutions is imperative for this position.Must have thorough knowledge of reviewing and sorting weekly sales reports. Must be a quick learner with excellent attention to detail.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for order entry, UPC generation and working on all phases of general daily account management. Ensures all sales requirements are met by performing the needed duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Works directly with internal teams on a daily basis to ensure all projects are completed for accounts including, Maintenance Time and Action Production Forms, Maintenance of Development Forms, sample and fit send outs, product development, fabric and trim requests, sublimation, CAD recolors, etc.

2. Enters customer orders within a 24 hour period with precise accuracy, ensuring double checks on pertinent information.

3. Creates and manages UPC's.

4. Ensures EDI Style information is processed properly

5. Maintains immaculate case files in an accurate and easy to access manner, including email references on a per project basis.

6. Communicates with pertinent personnel to ensure all sample schedules and requirements are adhered to and customer requests are met. Performs timely follow ups of all phases of projects.*

7. Ensures Time and Action Form Timelines are met on a daily basis*

8.Maintains all account order log, product development and sample log books.

9. Maintains and tracks all sample send outs.

10. Runs inventory reports and creates necessary excel spread sheets to provide information to customers.

11. Creates line sheets and information packets for accounts as needed.

12. Checks order generation daily from partners such as Amazon and Zappos.

13. Submits, maintains, and tracks Sample request sheets.

14. Maintains and creates internal sales reports on an on-going basis.

15. Preparation for All Sales Meetings and Market Trips

16. Maintains and Keeps Notes for Sales Meetings

17. Daily Customer Follow Up and Support as Needed

18. Complete Support to Sales Director as needed.
